Refund & Lifetime Warranty Policy for Custom Poker Tables
At K&J Custom Poker Tables, every table is handcrafted to your exact specifications using premium materials and personalized craftsmanship. Because of the custom nature of our work, we encourage you to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final once production begins. Since each table is made to order and built to your specific design choices, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Custom furniture cannot be resold or restocked.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After that point, materials are typically ordered and construction begins—making the order non-refundable and locked in as submitted.
To request a change or cancellation within this window, please contact us at [insert contact method here] with your order number.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of every table we build.
- Lifetime Warranty on all structural components (excluding normal wear and tear)
- 2-Year Warranty on all electronic components, including LED lighting, USB ports, and other built-in technology
If an issue arises with your table, please reach out. We’re committed to resolving problems fairly and efficiently.
Shipping Damage & Defective Items
Each custom table is professionally crated and shipped via freight carrier. If your order arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship-related issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
- Keep all packaging and materials until the issue is resolved
If the damage is determined to be related to shipping or workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
Freight Delivery Claims
Before accepting your shipment:
- Carefully inspect the crate
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Photograph any exterior damage before uncrating
Failure to document shipping damage at the time of delivery may affect your eligibility for a freight claim.
Natural Wood & Handmade Variations
We use real hardwoods and hand-apply all finishes. As a result, minor variations in wood grain, stain, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees. Freight and crating costs vary by region and will be quoted before payment is finalized.
